Investor Note: In addition to the 69,120,995 Subordinate Voting Shares that are listed and trading, there are 200,537,065 Subordinate Voting Shares reserved for issuance pursuant to the redemption rights attached to certain classes of equity shares of Lowell’s subsidiary that are issued and outstanding but not listed and pursuant to the exercise, conversion or vesting of certain outstanding securities of Lowell and Lowell’s subsidiary. The total number of issued shares assuming all are redeemed, converted or exercised or become vested, as applicable, into the listed class would be 256,195,212.
